A multi-purpose assessment that can be used as a selection, promotion, managing, coaching, and succession planning tool for any position in your organization. It measures Thinking Style, Behavioral Traits, and Occupational interests benchmarked to the requirements of a specific position.

A pre-employment screening tool for professional, technical, and administrative employees to assess the attitudes of candidates regarding work ethic, reliability, integrity, and drug use, plus any history of risky workplace behavior, misuse of resources, email and Internet abuse, trust with the organization's proprietary information and confidential data. You receive targeted interview questions, indications of evasive answers, and general employment data such as previous salary, time in present/previous position, when available for work, etc.
