The Employers Association (TEA) has several different types of benchmark surveys available to help employers remain competitive with recruiting and retaining the best possible staff. We conduct an annual Wage and Salary survey, along with a Benefits and Policies and Practices Survey, for Charlotte and the surrounding areas. TEA will even help you design and administer a customized survey if there is information you are looking for from your industry peers. Additionally, we conduct comprehensive employee opinion surveys to help employers improve morale, productivity, and retention.
