All of our instructors have real-world experience in the field of compensation & benefits. They share their own practical knowledge, while also facilitating opportunities for the participants to learn from each other. Our training focuses on teaching skills that can be applied in today’s workplace for immediate results. We train over 4,000 individuals each year. More than one-third of our classes are customized and tailored to meet the training objectives for that specific organization.
Most of our courses are also approved for HRCI continuing education for individuals with their PHR/SPHR designation. Certain topics are also approved for CPE continuing education credit for those with their CPA designation.
