Most employers find it challenging to navigate complex topics such as wage & hour issues, health care reform, and other compensation & benefit issues.  Many human resources, compensation, and benefit professionals contact our HR Advice Line to help them answer questions on these topics and more.

The Employers Association (TEA) offers several compensation and benefit classes, events, and seminars to help professionals keep up-to-date and learn about new trends in the workplace.  From a one-hour lunch and learn to a weekly certificate series, we have something for everyone.

Are you new to the field of compensation or benefits, or have these functions been added to your role?  Are you a seasoned benefits professional who needs to refresh your skills or learn about new trends and ideas?  Are you a manager or leader who needs to better understand compensation or benefit-related issues?  Visit our Compensation/Benefits Training calendar of public training classes, or contact us to customize a training program and deliver it at the location of your choice.

All of our instructors have real-world experience in the field of compensation & benefits.  They share their own practical knowledge, while also facilitating opportunities for the participants to learn from each other.   Our training focuses on teaching skills that can be applied in today’s workplace for immediate results.  We train over 4,000 individuals each year.  More than one-third of our classes are customized and tailored to meet the training objectives for that specific organization.

Most of our courses are also approved for HRCI continuing education for individuals with their PHR/SPHR designation.  Certain topics are also approved for CPE continuing education credit for those with their CPA designation.  If you want to increase your compensation & benefits knowledge and enhance your professional success, we have many classes and seminars for you!
