Professional skills development is not a one-time event; it is a continuous part of any successful career. Individual development is about identifying areas for growth and learning, and then acquiring new skills, enhancing current skills, and increasing knowledge for both personal and professional advancement.
The Employers Association (TEA) offers many opportunities to help individuals develop their skills, no matter what their current role is within an organization. Need to maintain or improve your professional competence, advance your career, or stay current with technology? We offer an ongoing series of training classes, from computer topics to time management, and more. Individuals can participate in our ongoing calendar of public training classes, or we can customize a training program and deliver it at the location of your choice.
TEA is a pre-approved provider for both HRCI continuing education for individuals with their PHR/SPHR designation, as well as pre-approved for CPE continuing education credits for individuals with their CPA designation. We also offer assessment tools, conferences, and other seminars. Whatever the reasons for professional development, we have many approaches, tools, assessments, and courses for you!
